What paper size should I use for printing?

The layout is optimized for standard A4 size paper (210mm x 297mm). Please ensure your printer settings are set to "Actual Size" or "Scale 100%".

Can I scan these sheets with a phone app?

Yes. The generated sheets use standard layouts with corner fiducials that are compatible with many popular OMR scanning mobile apps and specialized OMR scanner software.

How do I save the sheet as a PDF?

Click the "Print / PDF" button in the bottom left sidebar. In the print dialog box, change the destination to "Save as PDF".

Can I add sections like Physics, Chemistry, Math?

Absolutely. Use the "Section Headers" box in the "Grid & Layout" tab. Format it as "Subject Name:Question Number" (e.g., Physics:1).

Does this tool work offline?

Once the page is loaded, it runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. You do not need an active internet connection to generate sheets after the initial load.

What is the 'Timing Track'?

The timing track is the series of black marks on the left edge of the grid. It helps scanners synchronize the rows to accurately detect filled bubbles.

Can I change the color of the bubbles?

Yes, go to the "Styling" tab and select a Color Theme. Note that most OMR scanners prefer red or pink (drop-out colors), but black/blue are available for manual checking.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We do not store any of the data you enter (Institute name, student fields, etc.) on our servers. Everything is processed locally on your device.

Can I create sheets for 200 questions?

Yes, simply enter '200' in the Total Questions field. The layout will automatically adjust, though you may need to enable 5 columns for it to fit cleanly.
